Technical Principle
The patented technology of high-speed and high-pressure water- air mixing is used in the mold water way cleaning machine to automatically control the multi-frequency air pressure pulse, which makes the phenomenon of "cavitation" occur frequently when the cleaning liquid enters the water way at high speed. At the same time, the patent ed technology of forward and reverse cleaning is used to make the water flow reciprocate and generate alternating pressure. Under this effect, the air bubbles in the pipeline burst, forming a huge impact on the surface of the wall of waterway , peeling off the scale and rust in the pipeline wall, the impact brings out various attachments and corrosives in the waterway , and effectively completes the waterway cleaning.
